It is important to have a peaceful environment and comfortable bed for a good sleep. One should get rid of all the tense thoughts while going to bed. 6 to 8 hours sleep is sufficient for a normal person. Many people are unable to sleep easily because of financial problems or other reasons.

We have become so busy in this age that we are occupies by one responsibility or the other at all times. Rest and peace have changed tracks away from us and we put all the blame on exceptional effort and hard work, however this not 100 % true. Allah almighty has gifted man with unlimited abilities provided that he uses his body parts within limits. One feels tired when a person gets fed up with something and then he does not fulfill the task wholeheartedly. This tiredness is linked more to the mind as compared to the body, and under such circumstances if mind is given some rest, one does not feel tired easily. It is important to get rid of all the negative thoughts which are the source of depression.  Usually everyone wants to do what he feels interested in. He can accomplish the task in a much better way but we cannot do all that we desire according to our wish in this world. Sometimes we are bound to do things that we don’t like. Tasks which might be quite meager ones can become a burden for us if hate or dislike them and so we get tired easily. According to specialists this tiredness is mental and not physical and the only way to get rid of it is by providing rest and peace to mind for some time.
