THERAPY THROUGH MEDITATION

Although meditation has been treating spirituality and providing solutions to troubles from the beginning, now modern science has also proved it to be the sure treatment for ailments. After thousands of experiments, therapy through meditation is presented for the readers of UBQARI. Prior to sleep, make ablution, sit on the bed and recite the following words infinite times, for 10 minutes, ending and starting with 3 times durood shareef and then lie down. اَللّٰھُمَّ اِیَّاکُ نَعْبُدُ وَاِیَّاکَ نَسْتَعِیْنُ Throughout, keep in mind the disease or worry from which you want a cure. Visualize that a golden light is falling from the sky on your head and from there, entering in your body and curing your disease or solving your problems. Imagine as if due to this wazifa you have been relieved from that tension completely; 100%. Envision till the time that repetitive visualization leads you to sleep. In the beginning, you will face difficulty in creating this visual but afterwards, as its wonders would be revealed on you then a strange world of surprise and complete cure to troubles will astonish you. GAINERS FROM MEDITATION

Assalam-0-alaikum

I have been reading Ubqari since the past three years but I started meditating 1 year back. Initially, it was very difficult for me to concentrate but your prayers and attention has made meditation very easy for me. Now whenever I sit down to meditate my connection forms immediately. I witnessed many auliya-e-Allah and prophets AS. Recently when I started meditating prior to sleep, I saw the following:
I saw sights of heaven; mountains and great waterfalls. The weather around the mountains is beautiful. There is a plank on the mountains on which Hazrat Umar Farooq RA is sitting and occupied in zikr. White flamingoes are coming and sitting around him. The water from the springs is clear as crystal. There are fishes in it that are busy doing zikr. The zikr can be seen emitting outside from the water in the form of noor. On viewing this, I say to myself that feels as if the fishes are saying something. I go near the spring and catch one fish. The fish was saying ALLAH HOO. It was reciting it such wonderfully that I was amazed and I leave the fish back in the water. After this I see myself holding the gilaaf-e-ka’aba and talking to Allah. A group of angels come and gather around me and ask me to leave with them. I accompany them. The angels first ask me to drink Aab-e-zam zam; I drank it. Then the group of angels took me to gaar-e-hira. We go inside and sit down and recite these verses:

اِقْرَأْ بِسْمِ رَبِّکَ الَّذِیْ خَلَقَ to  عَلَّمَ الْاِنْسَانَ مَالَمْ یَعْلَمْ

On this verse, my body starts shivering and fills with sweat. We then come outside. The angels tell me that they have to take me somewhere else. The place was such there was a gigantic tree and a huge ground. The angels tell me that here the contract of peace took place. From there we go to Masjid-e-Nabwi PBUH and I offer Asar prayers. We then visited roza-e-athar. The angels sit with me. I request them to leave as I want to sit here for long. They said as you wish and departed. In a while, you (Hazrat Hakeem Sahab) arrive with Hazrat Ali Hajveri RA. You see me; I am very pleased to see you and say: “You?” You reply that I visit daily but got late today. I ask you to pray for me. You ask Hazrat Ali Hajveri RA to pray. He prays, “O Allah! Keep her always with the medina one” I say Ameen. [R-U; Lahore]
