Obesity is the root cause of a number of diseases but we can gid rid of it it by doing a small effort. Most of the patients got benefitted from it. You have to adopt the following daily schedule:

  • Drink tea or green tea at 8 a.m.
  • Drink tea or  green tea at 10
  • Drink a warm glass of milk at noon
  • Drink a glass of milk with soda at 2
  • Drink a cup of tea or green tea at 4 pm
  • Drink a glass of warm milk at 6 pm
  • Drink a cup of tea or green tea at 9 pm
  • Drink a cup of warm milk before going to bed

You need to continue this plan for just 3 days a week to get rid of the obesity. Also, do not forget to sip a glass of warm water with a spoon of honey.

Note: please do not eat or drink anything else except the above during the three days.
