It is narrated that someone met Shaykh ul Islam Hadhrat Farid-ud-Din Ganj Shakar(May Allah’s Mercy be upon him) in the dream and he was advised by him to recite this 9 times daily.

I made this my routine recitation upon waking up and thought that there must be a secret hidden in this command. Afterwards I saw in the books that whosoever would recite it 100 times would have a merry life and he will remain happy despite lacking luxuries.
