Answers for April
- 1. Sister Saba! Your question was that you are a kidney patient so how can you keep fast? Sister! Fasting is also a treatment for kidney problem and the one who fasts; his body itself treats all its diseases. Drink ample water in Sahar and Iftaar. Rather, take ten glasses of water between Iftaar and Sahar. Drinking a glass of water with two spoons of honey will remove weakness and keep your kidneys healthy. Along with this, also use Ubqari’s medicine (Cure for kidney failure) “Gurdah Fail Shifa”. My uncle had swelling in his kidneys; he continuously used this low-cost medicine for a few weeks. Alhamdulillah all his tests are clear. Sister! Keep fast without any hesitation, Allah will bless you in sha Allah. (Maria Shafiq, Okara)

After every prayer, recite “یا خالق یا مصور یا جمیل” [Space for Arabic text] with Durud Sharif seven times before and after. Avoid eating spicy, hot and fried food. (Kaleem-ul-ah, Dera Ghazi Khan)
- 3. You told that you have eight daughters and there is a severe obstacle in their marriages. Recite “یا اللہ یا لطیف” [Space for Arabic text] three hundred times daily after Ishaa prayer and make supplication, Allah will bless you soon, in sha Allah. Keep reciting for at least ninety days. Along with this, on the twelfth night of Ramadan-ul-Mubarak, offer twelve Nawafil (with the intention of two raka’hs each) prayers and after this, recite Durud Sharif one hundred times and dedicate its reward to the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). Allah will open ways for marriage before the next Ramadan, in sha Allah. (N. Kasur)
