Respected Hakim Sahib, Assalam o Alaikum! I have two spiritual Amals which are experienced by me frequently.

• For every ailment, recite Surah e Fatiha 21 times with Durood Shareef before and afterwards. Dum it over the patient and also blow it over water and give it to the patient to drink. Insha Allah he will be cured.
• Acceptance of pray: For acceptance of prays, when Wird of () is abundantly conducted before submitting any pray, Insha Allah it will be accepted.                         (Kishwar Shafi)
